Refund policy


All products you order from hoodie-print are printed exclusively for you via a "Print-on-Demand" service. We cannot simply return and re-sell products in return. Nevertheless, we want you as a customer to be completely satisfied with your order. You can therefore rely on our fair returns policy.

As a Print-on-Demand provider, we offer you the following return options:

exchange for new items or a voucher for your next order.

A refund of the purchase price is possible if you have not designed the ordered product yourself.

You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt if it does not meet your expectations. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

  1. For sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
  2. Personalized products. (Some products that you buy through this webshop are custom made according to the specification you entered. The right of withdrawal does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.)
    To complete your return, we require an order number, receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    if your return is approved, your refund will be processed and your credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
    If you haven't yet refund first, check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or your credit card company.

    There is often some processing time before a refund is returned.

    To return your product, you must return your product to the address on the enclosed invoice.

    You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may be.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
